Syncron CyberKare offers a diverse range of support plans starting with simple phone support and progressing all the way to complete facility management. Our knowledgeable team has front line experience in solving IT issues commonly found in the industry.

Our specialists have years of on the job experience which means our customers receive the fastest resolution possible to any problem. All Syncron CyberKare clients have access to our sophisticated Web Helpdesk, a valuable resource in the tracking of progress on any particular support issue. Service and Support is provided via email, phone, and of course, on-site visits when required. Remote monitoring of critical systems can be arranged as part of any support contract.

PREPAID SUPPORT PLAN Under this very flexible program the client prepays for a block of service hours which can be used for specific projects, periodic maintenance visits, emergencies or whatever needs to be done. Unused time never expires and the client recieves the advantage of faster response, discounted hourly rates
and no additional on-site charges.

OCCASIONAL SUPPORT This is an informal arrangement where the client calls for service and support for a specific, usually one-time problem. Time is billed on an hourly basis and there is an on-site charge.

FULL FACILITY MANAGEMENT Syncron CyberKare takes responsibility for your installation allowing all personnel to concentrate on production, not support. Services includes all of the previous Support options plus archiving and backup, software installation, hardware and software tracking, remote system monitoring, and much more.
