Do you ever wish that you had an extra set of eyes to assist in troubleshooting a technical problem? Well, iHelp Remote Support to the rescue.

iHelp is a special service available through Syncron CyberKare which allows our qualified technicians to promptly diagnose and correct problems through a secure remote connection. It does not matter how far away you are. iHelp allows our technicians to remotely take control of your system so it is just like having onsite technical support... without the wait. The 256-bit AES SSL encryption that we use ensure your security needs are met and sessions can only be activated by you. Once the session is over we are completely disconnected from your system and cannot re-connect unless you activate a new session.

This is how it works:
Enter your name and company name in the appropriate fields. Click submit.
A small application is automatically downloaded to your computer.
Double Click on the Application to launch the session
You may end the session immediately at any time by clicking on the large red X
Once the session has ended, the application will automatically uninstall from your computer system.

Note: Recorded sessions are available for your security and review.
